Reason Enough to Celebrate

It was Saturday, there was coffee cake, which The Girl did not distinguish from regular cake, and she asked for candles.  
I couldn't think of any reason not to.

    Man, I wish I could fool Ellie that way! I make these healthy energy bites with chocolate chips but she knows they aren't real cookies. Same with cake.

    Ha! I doubt my coffee cake is any healthier than regular cake but I guess there were berries in it?
